Former Vice President Al Gore appoint Phyllis Cuttino as the new president and CEO of his nonprofit climate organization. Cuttino is a seasoned clean energy advocate and was previously the clean energy program manager at The Pew Charitable Trusts. Cuttino said she looked forward to helping the organization create a catalytic effect on the climate situation.
The Climate Reality Project is an environmental nonprofit founded by former Vice President Al Gore. The organization has made progress toward a cleaner energy future thanks to Cuttino’s work as the climate program director at The Pew Charitable Trusts. Phyllis Cuttino’s background includes working as a senior staffer for former senators Brock Adams and Dianne Feinstein.
Before joining the Al Gore climate reality project, Cuttino was a managing director of Climate Nexus, a nonprofit communications radical focused on climate change issues. Before that, she served as an elder unit subordinate for Sens. Brock Adams and Dianne Feinstein. In addition, she served as vice president of nationalist affairs for the United Nations Foundation and Better World Fund, both created by entrepreneur Ted Turner.
